Excellent product and service
I have used this product for more than 15 years. It holds up well and supports the wrist , hand, and thumb beautifully. When I put it on the pain goes away. The company shipped immediately when Amazon was sold out. Outstanding service.

Great for tendinitis
I had started watching my newborn grandson everyday from 7am till 6pm when I noticed I had a huge bump that was very tender on my left wrist. After a few months suffering I went to see doctor he gave me an injection of steroids in wrist told me wear this brace for 6 weeks and it really helped. But as soon as I stopped wearing brace the inflammation returned so had to go get another steriod injection and wore my brace for a good 2 almost 3 months and I thought I was going to have to have a little surgery on my wrist but after I wore my brace for 3 months straight to sleep also just took off to bath and do dishes my wrist is like new. I have very small wrist so I got size small it held up great

BUY IT
Ever since I gave birth, I had joint pain in my thumb & wrist. These were a LIFE SAVER! I still use it from time to time. I will have to say that it’s starting to come apart…BUT the fact that it really does help with the pain & healing, it’s worth it. Would def recommend & repurchase, if needed! Also, you have to be really adamant about wearing the brace to heal. I didn’t go to the doctor but using this brace healed my left wrist. My right wrist/thumb is still in the process of healing BUT it’s SO much better after wearing this brace for a couple of months. Def the stability that it needed. Thank you

Almost great
I thought this was finally the Brace for me. I need one I can wear several months while waiting for radial canal surgery. This one almost did it. The velcro did not smag, well padded, immobilized well, seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately after a day or so the heavy stiffness started bothering the pinkie side of my hand, causing pain in the lateral side of my hand if I moved wrong. Returned.

It’s bulky but it really helps with the pain I’m having. The second I put it on, I get relief. So thank you!

Effective but not durable
First, the positives: within the first few days of wearing this brace/thumb spica, I experienced a significant reduction in pain caused by De Quervain's. It was very effective at limiting the affected area and allowing my thumb and wrist to "rest." It is also reasonably comfortable. I have to wear the brace 24 hours a day (minus showers, when icing, etc), and I've had no issues with it causing discomfort to my wrist. It's also breathable, so my wrist and hand don't get warm and my skin has stayed dry.Unfortunately, it lacks the durability I would expect from such a product. I am less than 3 weeks in to an anticipated 5 to 6 weeks of wearing the brace, and I am going to have to replace it. The seam near the top of the metal thumb stay has ripped, compromising the alignment of the stay. I have also noticed that over these 2+ weeks, the brace has stretched. I measured my wrist to ensure I purchased the correct size, and I was pleased with the fit when it was new. I trimmed a small amount of the velcro straps as described in the instructions to keep the straps from catching on things, but didn't need to trim much excess. Now, to achieve the same fit (i.e., snug enough to stay in place but not tight), I have to pull the velcro much tighter. In the past few days, I've found that I have to keep adjusting it throughtout the day to maintain a comfortable and effective fit.I assumed that after completing my treatment, I would be able to put this brace away in case of future flare-ups. At a minimum, I would have expected it to last the 5 to 6 weeks necessary for my injury to heal. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
