For the septic tank
Put this in the toilet for the septic tank.once a month i put about 1 cup in.Has a pleasent smell.Havent had any problems.

Four daily applications and resolved our odor issue with no return now a month later.
After getting our septic tank pumped out we noted a sewer odor that had not been present prior. This product removed that odor and and it has not returned.

Great product, iffy shipping...
The product is great for routinely & naturally cleaning kitchen sink drains that isnt destructive to septic tank micro organisms. Usually order multiple gallons to have on hand. First time that 2 gallons were shipped, one busted open (what soggy mess/loss). Amazon was understanding enough to refund loss of that gallon after I sent multiple photos of cracked & emptied jug along with sopped and destroyed shipping box. A year later, I ordered three gallons, and they also arrived having leaked thru the cap (at least jug didn't crack open, and all three appeared to have almost all of product remaining). So I just thanked my lucky stars that I didn't get wet car carpets, and wiped the jars, air died them, and put into storage for future use. I'm guessing the bacterial enzymes wont hurt my car's carpets, as they're not harsh chemicals, and the smell isn't nasty (not to say it's a smell I welcome in my car). Being an architectural designer, i surmise that a simple shipping solution would be just to tape around all three jugs, so they would, at worse, bounce around together, rather than separately, against each other, reducing potential for cracking, or stressing the capped seal. But, i guess, these days, with overworked packing peeps, time to THINK while packing for shipping is either limited, or frowned upon. Guess next time I'll just order one gallon at a time, although the designer in me is not convinced that MIGHT be better, as it would still bounce around inside the over spacious box (as shipping boxes are not custom fitted for the jugs, thus ample room to ricochet within, and the light weight air bags used for shipping are waay too flimsy for ANY bouncing around prevention. Siiiggghhh: "adjusting to the world" as it is today requires acceptance of what was "unacceptable" in the days of yore...
