I bought it from an Asian store near me for $3.99 just to try it out. It is almost as easy to make as instant noodles. Just boil 4 cups of water, pour in the paste, bring it to a boil then simmer for a minute, add fish, boil another 10-12 minutes, add a tomato and four okras, boil another 2 minutes, and bam - it's ready. A lifesaver if you have no time to cook but don't want to compromise on eating well. And one pack is good enough for 2 to 3 servings (with rice or noodles - to be made separately). It may even be available in some stores for $2.99. I took 1 star off because it is much pricier on Amazon.

It adds a lot of flavor and is cheap.
