Great disposable tray when need to suture

Bought this for vacation travel to Africa, just as a precaution. Hope I do not need to use it, but I think it is good to have just in case. It is also a good item to have in my home emergency kit.

Just what I need to add to my aid bag. I wish this has a National Stock Number (NSN) so we can order through our regular supply chains. With an NSN, my group would be able to order hundreds of this at a time!Product is perfect for single use. Price is great for its purpose. Instruments are sterile which should decrease chance for infection when dealing with wound care and suturing.

Teeth on the needle driver don't hang on to the needle well. Can't do an instrument tie with this, since the gaps in the parts of the driver are too large and impede the suture from sliding down the instrument. The pick ups are like bucked horse teeth, not fine tooth pick ups. I won't be buying this one again.

3rd time ordering these. Great kit for medical offices.

It's all about getting what you pay for. It will work well in a pinch, but the instruments are very poor quality.
