Excellent Quality & Straight Forward Assembly
What a great little Ottoman this is! It’s excellently made, and easy/quick to assemble. We didn’t use the stay as they weren’t necessary for our needs.Very well packaged and nothing missing.Highly recommend this item 😊

Not impressed
Purchased this item as picture looked good and sounded simple to setup it claimed it would take 30mins to build on the instructions. However how wrong I was after 1hour 30 mins of building it using the guild marks drawn the sofa I found that one arm was damaged and the completed bench doesn't look very great nothing like the advertised pictures.Fortunately I can get a refund🙂 after taking it apart again another 1hr 30min I won't get back😒and staying in all day waiting for them to pick it up 🤨 and then I can get a refund 5-7 days later. 😂 not impressed.I've done hundreds of IKEA products in the past and I am comfortable building flat pack stuff just to give the readers perspective and I found this unusually awkward.

Very difficult to assemble the lid hinges takes 2 people
The sides etc were easy to put together however the hinges for the lid were unbelievably difficult even with 2 people. There are no locating holes for the lid hinges which means you have to guess holding the cover whilst your arms and your Wife's arms shake with fatigue. It must have taken an hour just for the lid hinges alone. I would advise the manufacturer to assemble the lid and the side they are fitted to before dispatch. Would definitely not describe this as easy to assemble
