I love it
In my opinion, this helmet is really comfortable and has excellent field of view. I don't have any issues with the noise (coming from an open face helmet I don't notice a difference), it's light, and the fabric over the padding is really soft. It's a great full face helmet for people who don't want the style of most full face helmets. It's clean, simple, and old school looking without being old school unsafe. I hope I never get to experience its effectiveness in a crash, but as a cyclist as well, I trust Bell. I have zero problems with this helmet... and I am extremely picky. I bought this because I wanted more protection than a half or open-face helmet, but I didn't want something that looked completely out of place on a Vespa but would also translate well to a Harley Sportster or Moto Guzzi V7 in a few years (inb4 "why do you need a full face on a Vespa?" it's a 300 which I regularly ride between 40 and 60mph. The pavement won't care what kind of bike I flew off of if I'm involved in an accident).Yeah helmets are for safety and not just looks, but it's obvious that most motorcyclists wear helmets and gear that go with their bike. It's just the way it is. If that wasn't true, more people on cruisers would wear full face SHOEIs and more people on Japanese sports bikes would wear those WWII style half helmets with a bandana (I'm not saying I haven't seen it, but it's not common). As for size, I wore a large in my last two helmets but I'm a medium in this one. Make sure your helmet fits properly! Be safe out there.

Stylish
I love the retro design. The ease to flip up and down the visor is amazing. It’s my first helmet. But I must say the field of vision is great. As for wind noise I’m not complaining, it is not as bad as everyone is saying. It’s pricier than the look alikes. But I am not going to risk my safety for a couple dollars

excellent peripheral vision
Item shipped quickly from the seller. Delivered as expected. I received it Tuesday, and today is Saturday. Since I got it, I have almost 10 hours in the bucket, to include a little over 4 hours just today. So, although new, I want to speak to the helmet, to assist others.Overall, this helmet is exactly what I thought it would be. Light, excellent peripheral vision, and roomy for MY chin. The black with chrome trim fits perfectly with my black and chrome HD Road King Classic!I love the style. Mine came with the clear flat shield. I ordered a separate clear bubble and silver iridium flat shield. I prefer the silver iridium, and keep the clear bubble in the event it rains (have not yet ridden this in the rain).Fit: I am a classic medium. The medium Bell size fits fine on my head. I can feel SLIGHT pressure points on my cheekbones, but it isnt bothersome at all. I just, well, feel them. Some folks have stated they have pressure points on their forehead. I have not experienced that. It could be that the helmet design fits my head better, it could be they redesigned. I dont know.Air flow. I ride with a windshield. The vents on the top do let in some air, but most of that is lost over me due to my shield. I do, however, get a nice draft under the chin. I like this. Even today, after hours on the bike, I didnt notice any more sweat than with my usual 3/4 helmet. Even with the face shield down. Some folks have said this is noisy. I normally wear either a half or 3/4 helmet, so I think it is quieter than either. I do notice that the wind noise isnt constant. This, of course, is due to my windshield and the direction the wind is blowing. I find it quiet. To the point where I can hear myself speak. Something entirely new to me.One thing I did notice, at highway speed, specifically over 70 mph (was running late for work), I get what I can only describe as wind vibration. Its not a lot, but I can certainly see it, as opposed to feel it. It slightly (VERY slightly) distorts my vision. Not to the point where it is dangerous, but certainly noticeable. Now, that MAY be attributed to my windshield. I havent removed it to see if its different. But, I wanted people to be aware of that.I would highly recommend this helmet. I like the style, I like the comfort, I like the weight. The ease of removing the face shield, I may ditch my 3/4 helmet and reduce my inventory down to 2 with this one!

Perfect shape
The media could not be loaded. LIKE:- shape is like a spartan helmet, long top-bottom- build quality is the best out there- visor is easy to open one-handed, magnetic flap is very useful and welcomed- storm trooper color way white with black trims look really, really good!DISLIKE:- expensive (but worth it IMO)- my head is 23" so I went with the size chart and picked a Large, it was too tight so I went one size up to XL and it was still too tight. XXL is out of stock so F me. Go UP a size or two!Bottom line:This is the best looking, high-quality retro helmet you can buy. Unfortunately, I had to go with agv x3000 because XXL is out of stock every where.
