It's beautiful and just as shown. It's been a while since I received it, but I think it had been packaged nicely for its safety.I waited a long time to finally get it but gave in at the right time. I decorate a nature themed tree every year. Last Christmas was the second without Dad, who played a role in my forest and morel hunting adventures as a child in northern Michigan. It's rare to find a morel where I am in Florida, so imagine my surprise when I found one. Just one. I had been thinking of Dad while looking for other mushrooms. I don't believe that he had anything to do with it, but in a way, he's always with me. That night, I remembered this ornament. So if you can't imagine why someone would put a morel (but a pretty one!) on their tree, here is my reason! Thank you for this.

These are made so beautifully and are not too heavy for smaller branches on the Christmas tree. My sister in laws and I love hunting for morels in the spring. I got us each one of these for Christmas and they both loved them. They look beautiful on the tree. Glitter does shed a bit, but most glittered items do. I look forward to buying more ornaments from this company next year!

For over thirty years we have searched for morels each spring. We're not always very successful, but always have fun making memories. It's nice to have special momento's on the Christmas tree, even if family members aren't around.

Old World makes some interesting glass blown ornaments. This morel mushroom ornament looks realistic and is topped off with light glitter.

When I was young we gathered these by the bucket fulls in early spring. They are delicious. My daughter also ate them as a child. My father and father-in-law both hunted them. Every year I give my 42 year old daughter a Christmas ornament. When I saw this it brought back so many memories I ordered one for each of us. It is beautiful. I cried because both of those loved ones have been gone a while, but this brings back fun, happy memories and I know she will love it.

Definitely would purchase again if needed to.

Love this ornament! Beautiful! Excellent craftsmanship! Love it! Only complaint is it came loose in an oversized PLAIN cardboard box with some packing paper. Would like to have had the correct box for this so I can store it properly for next year.

Got this for a foodie friend who loves a good morel. He thought It was just breathtaking and a perfect gift for him. Very happy. I love unique gifts like this. Maybe not a best seller among regular folks but those with artistic and gourmet appreciation, this is really special!
