Worth the cost!
Great service. Definitely works. Had to use this after one of my purchases. The process involved sending them the item where they try to fix it. This was done at asurion's cost (thank you). They took a few weeks to try and fix it, and was great on communication during the time. Updates on receiving the package, debugging the issue, ordering parts. Letting me know parts on backorder and finally sending me a gift card to purchase a new one since the backorder was taking too long. The service more than paid for itself and the process was friendly and professional. Would use them again!

Great service, easy solution
We were having a hard time with our baby monitor, it kept malfunctioning and not holding a charge. We contacted Asurion and in less then 10 mins we had set up for the monitor to be set up the next morning and I received an online gift card for the price of the baby monitor to use instantly the next morning as well. Definitely worth getting the warranty for extra protection.

WASTE OF $$$
They offer 2 year warranty!! NOT 2 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! So they offer the same as manufacturer and charge extra for it then when you file a clam you gotta go through the manufacturer that does not care and get a runaround!!! I been dealing with this for months actually almost a year. Like I said WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!! ASURION IS THE WORST!!!If you have more than 1 claim in 1 day or in 1 week or 1 month they will not fix your product and send you a facilitation form to fill out then play games for a week or 2 or longer and then oh wait your warranty is over sorry we CAN NOT do anything. Its not my fault they all are quitting same time. Thats why I supposedly got the warranty. Some of the security cameras my home insurance covered it since I paid to get ripped off through ASURION!!CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE IN CHINA THEY DONT GIVE A YOU KNOW WHAT ABOUT ANYTHING!!!They finally warrantied one $159 item minus tax which is not right. But thats one out of 12 and now they are playing games again. And wont post this because its not a fantastic 5 star review.

Was expecting a replacement
I was expecting to send my projector to them when it broke, ended up getting a refund and buying a different projector instead. They where easy to deal with, but a little slow with my money coming back to me.
