I'm happy with my purchase.
It really does do what it says it will do, mop and vacuum at the same time. I have two dogs, so it really helps keep the hair off my hard floors.

Better than expected
This was far better than I expected. Easy to use and cleans better than anything else I have used. I have tile floors though out the house and multiple pets. This makes it SO easy to run across the floor and pick up the fur and dirt while mopping at the same time. I even run it across the area rugs and clean them with it too. Then cleaning the rollers is effortless with this machine as well. I'm lazy and hate cleaning so any time I can find something that is efficient and has sweeping, mopping, and carpet shampoo all-in-one, I see it as a win. Very impressed with this machine.

Works awesome and can’t beat the price!
I have 3 dogs and hardwood floors, this Bissel does an amazing job keeping my floors clean and at a great price! Easy to disassemble and clean after cleaning up muddy paw prints, stores easy! So glad I got it!

I don’t like how it doesn’t get close to the floor boards - not worth it just for the middle of the floor for me…
