This kava is excellent for unwinding and sleeping like a log.

Hey loves overall this tea works BUT like another similar review it does not steep well at all and the water was still clear, idk if the bag was too think but it just didn’t leak through. So i decided to cut open the tea bags and just added the power that’s inside to steep , you maybe should look into getting the powdered version. But when i tell you , when i cut that tea bag open i felt like i was in cloud 9. If your into lucid dreaming, or you are very anxious this tea can help . But alway do your research first . 💕

I sip on this tea in the late afternoon. Very relaxing and soothing.

The effort, the sentiment, the intention. Whatever you call, their hearts were in the right place when this Kava Kava tea was bagged up and marketed. I really don't think you can successfully make kava tea from a tea bag.Kava gets goopy when wetted, so it really struggles to escape the tea bag. The thick nature of the kava also reminded me of droplets of oil in water - they're just too dissimilar to combine into anything resembling tea. After a few cups of hot water flavored "tea" I started squeezing the goop from the bags, and then I could taste a little something. Still, pretty much just hot water. Two or three bags squeezed out worked better, but still, the kava stays separate from the water. No notable kava sensations from this tea, especially when prepared as per the instructions.Traditional Kava Kava preparations are probably the best route for an alteration of perception.

This stuff is tasteless and worthless. I've prepared it as directed and it's awful -- I don't know if the bags are too thick for the powder to steep or what the problem is. Unfortunately, there's no return or refund. Awful stuff.

Absolutely zero effect

I’ve bought kava in powder form and made the tea that way. I saw these tea bags with kava root in them and figured I’d try it. They don’t work. At all. I followed the directions on the package and let it steep for 15 minutes. The water was clear and had no taste or appearance of kava in it. Save yourself the money and just buy a bag of powdered kava root. It’s cheaper and works better,

It took three "tea" bags and a lot of imagination to get any flavor from this kava product. Look elsewhere.
