Had a hard time looking for a heel cup that fit my heel. Usually its too big. This one is for smaller heels.

I received the heel cups very quickly after I ordered them. At the recommendation of my podiatrist I ordered the heel cups and began to use them to fight my heel pain. When I installed them in my shoes there has been immediate pain relief and it has kept my heels pain free every day. Great product.

I wanted to like these heel cups - they are sturdy and provide quality support, but they are solid material and when your foot sweats (which it inevitably does in a plastic heel cup) it gets a little suction and makes a fart noise with every step. It made me laugh the first few times but after a while I was tired of trying to explain what was really happening to those around me!

Saved me from heel spur foot surgery on my right foot. Podiatrist prognosis: chisel surgery, 7 months recovery, repeat every few years -or- (2nd opinion) use this heel cup in all footwear with improvement in several weeks and completely painfree within a month or two; BUT keep wearing even if pain goes away to prevent return. Purchased second pair so I wouldn't have to keep moving the heel cups between shoes/boots. I'm men's size 10 and fit fine without using the heat molding but seems like a good feature.

We had to return some cups from another seller because the were too small. I wear a 9.5-10 size lady’s shoe. These cups fit right out of the box. Will probably still warm up to get an even better fit.

in my opinion these are worthless. Not high enough to give support … also came with a note “100% female owned company” …. REALLY WHO CARES!!

The shipping was super fast. The heel cups do offer some protection for the heel but my Plantar Fascitis is not improving

Love them, even got my husband a pair and he likes them.
