What can you make with moldy grain ?..
This grain had mold in it... I can't do anything if it has mold.. 1st order never arrived after 3 1/2 weeks. Then I received a replacement very quickly...and i was happy about that. I have been using grain for my mycology over the past year, though not from this company. And never ran into a mold problem till I delt with this company... I don't have any vendetta just so people know.. but it takes allot of time and effort to steralize grain and im pretty good at it... BUT I CAN'T STERALIZE MOLDY GRAIN..

Product was supposed to be 25 pounds. It only weighed 23.6 pounds.

The color is not as in the picture
The color is not as in the picture, grains are different colors and some are very dark. I bought it for bread baking but will not use it as it seems it was at some point wet. Maybe it would be good for sprouting. Bakers you have to look for another source.
