I bought the wrong product that did not fit my door. Wright Products was so helpful and timely in working with me to confirm that the product was wrong for my patio door. They even went further in recommending their competitor that does have the part I need.Very professional thing to do!!!

Used it to replace a broken handle, it was easy to install

Easily breakable
Really quite terrible. I have purchased this three times and each time the item has broken since it has not been able to handle the weight of the sliding door.

It was a little difficult to install. Not the most sturdy. Did the trick though for the price.

Absolutely do not buy this
Most frustrating product I ever used. Manufacturer is too cheap to lengthen the metal inside so it won't snap out every time I tried installing it. Garbage product.
