I was searching for waist cinchers and I finally found this one that was priced right and looked like a good quality. Initially, I ordered a large because I wanted it to have a tight fit and not end up on the second or third hook of the XL because I thought that would be a waste. Even though it said it would run small and to get a bigger size, I went and ordered it anyway. I am telling you please measure yourself before you buy this! Don't go off a guess like I did because when I got it I could only get 3 hooks on no matter how much I squeezed. So I went back and ordered an XL, and sure enough it fit perfectly. I did not even bother sending the large back because the upside of ordering the wrong size is that you already have it when you are ready to size down. So far I have only had it for a short time and I love. It fit snugly and comfortably better than I expected. It is so easy to do everyday things like bending it sitting without any kind of discomfort whatsoever. I am so happy that it also improves my posture incredibly and even gives my breasts a nice lift. It feels so great to be able to fit into t-shirts I have not been able to wear in a long time. The only downside of this product is the smell. I don't know how people can say that the strong latex smell is not bad because I am not kidding it is HORRENDOUS. When I first got it out of the package, I wore it for about an hour tops just to try it out. After I took it off, I noticed that the smell was all over me and it lingered for hours after! It was all over my hands, somehow got in my hair, and the t-shirt and sweatshirt I was wearing smelled so bad of latex. My family also said that I smelled like a skunk and others said I smelt like weed, and not going to lie I was picking that up too. I know that when I wear it in public from now on I am going to spray some perfume or something. However, I think it will fade over time and get less strong. Otherwise, I love the product and I hope that it will really help with my belly fat.

The waist cincher arrived very quickly and is good quality. I had a hard time deciding what size to order because there is so much mixed info on the web regarding these cinchers. Going by the size chart on the product page on Amazon, I am an XL. I don't consider myself an XL and I was afraid I would get the cincher and it would be loose, so I went with my shirt size which is Large. It is extremely tight, but that's what I wanted. To give you an idea of how the product fits, I am 5'5" and 160 pounds, athletically built but with extra weight around the middle. I am 36C and smallest part of my waist measures about 32-33" depending on the time of the month ;). I have a fairly short waist. I think the XL is what I should have ordered based on the chart and going by my waist size of 32/33", but the L makes a drastic difference, even if it is a struggle to notch those hooks! The only issue I have with wearing the cincher is that it really pinches the flesh around my back, not to the point of hurting me, but to the point of making it bulge out. I don't blame the cincher for this, I blame my back fat and the fact that I ordered one size too small. Maybe the XL wouldn't have caused this. Also, I love the feel of the latex and it looks really sexy. Not like spanx, more like a corset. I have lower back pain and as soon as I put the cincher on, my back felt strong and supported with no pain. I bought this mainly to wear under fancy dresses for a smooth look and I am extremely satisfied! My love handles and muffin top completely disappear underneath the cincher.

I am 5'7" and roughly 125-130lbs. Usually wear US size 0 or XS. So I ordered an XS. However, I could not squeeze myself into it; my husband could not squeeze me into it. I managed to close 4 hooks out of the two dozens though. Will return and exchange for an S. The reason I give it 4 stars is that it has a very nice shape and the material is durable, so I can see that with the right size, the result should be good. Will update again when I receive S.UPDATE:I have received my S for about a week now and has used about 4 times for 1.5-2 hours each time. The first time was still very difficult for me to close all the hooks and my husband had to help, but we did manage to squeeze me into it. It was tight, kind of uncomfortable, but it packed all your fat and skin into it. You instantly get a very good shape. However, the latex smell was so strong that I had to let it air out on the balcony overnight. The smell slowly became less strong over the next few days.The subsequent times were easier and easier for us to squeeze me into it, but we still need two people; I could no way close all the hooks myself. However, I'm not sure if it is easier because I am getting slimmer or the material is getting stretched. I doubt that I am getting result that fast; and if it is the material that is being stretched, it is fine too because it has two more lines of hook to close the waist trainer up even more.Moreover, this product is only for home use because it is quite bulky, and you will not be able to maneuver much in it.After a week of wear, I do notice that my waist is getting a little slimmer, but that may be because I could not eat anything while wearing this thing.Overall, I recommend this product. The 4 star instead of 5 is because 1) the XS I got was way too small and I had to return it and order a different size, which was a hassle, and 2) I bought it for about $45, which I think is quite expensive.Hope my review was helpful to you!
