This tea is superb quality.I’m somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to sleepy teas, due to a chronic pain condition I have a lot of trouble getting off to a deep sleep but this tea does the trick.The compostable pyramid bags contain whole ingredients which brew up a tea that smells amazing and tastes just as good. The lavender does make itself known, but it’s not overwhelming so don’t let that put you off.Within 40 mins of drinking I’m calm and relaxed ready for bed.Overall this is a great value product you’d struggle to beat for the price point (and possibly even better than more expensive ones).

Sleepy Me Tea is a unique caffeine- free herbal blend that combines chamomile, lavender, hop leaves, valerian and lemon balm, all known for their relaxing effects. It tastes nice. The chamomile provides a mild, sweet base, while lavender and lemon balm adds a refreshing touch. Very easy and quick to make.I don't have any sleeping problems but having this tea before bed makes me feel relax and calm.Beautiful and also very unique packaging design. English Tea Shop's products are carbon neutral certified and packed in carbon neutral operational facilities. Contributing towards a safer and greener planet. The outer packaging, inner transparent pouch and loose leave tea pyramid bags are fully compostable.

PLASTIC tea bags? REALLY???!All the guff about climate and organic and the tea bags are made out of obvious shiny plastic.I won't be steeping these in boiling water, that's for sure!Opened one and used just the herbs.Very potent taste (not unpleasant), very lime-y, and I'm pretty sure there's some kind of artificial flavouring because lemon balm doesn't taste like this.Won't be buying again!

Omg !!!
This tea is unbelievable all i know is it knocked me out like a log🤣I have the best night sleep ever and wake up all refreshed..I haven't slept this good in a longtime.within 30mins -45 mins after drinking u slowly start to relax and feeling sleepy ...and u fall asleep naturally ..so no being wide awake at 3am looking at the ceiling lol...deffo get it its brilliant .
