Outstanding for work
I purchased this upon recommendation from a work colleague. It does everything i needed and the noise cancelling is AMAZING. the range is incredible. The battery life is incredible. the sound quality is incredible. The absolute ONLY comment I would make is that I may purchase the EXACT SAME MODEL as a full headset (i.e. speakers in both ears).. but that is only because I work from home and there can be other distractions. Other than that I have been a Jabra fan for decades.

Unfavorable
Not a new unit but I chose that option. The refurbished unit looked like it was not cleaned before shipping. Looks gross. I needed the receiver/microphone part only. I attached it to my existing unit and it works great! I don’t know what to do with the unit? Maybe trash it?

Works as expected
This refurbished headset works as expected for my job. A manual didn't come with the product so I had to find it online. It is a light weight option that is comfortable and easy to adjust. The wireless functionality is great so I don't have to be tethered to my desk like my wired Jabra headset. Sound quality is great and it really filters out any background noise. Only down side is the battery does not last the whole 8 hours so I have to dock it to charge during my lunch break. It will randomly do the descending beep which is supposed to indicate loss of connection to the base but I normally have it within 2 feet of the base at all times so not sure what is causing that. Overall a good headset.

Refurbished is the way to go
Awesome headset with great range! I can even walk outside and still hear clearly & can be heard clearly.I couldn't figure out how to mute from the actual headset & the customer service was excellent!

Doesn’t switch from phone
It doesn’t switch from phone to computer like it should but other then that it is an awesome buy and product very great quality sound very easy to use

You may like it or not
Got this for my wife to have at work however she is having problems with it, makes noise by making a ticking sound and a light that flashes when it’s not supposed to.

Not worth it.
This headset has good audio quality, but that is it. The headset has the worst battery I've ever encountered in a wireless. The dock is clunky and obnoxious. The dock sometimes will keep ringing after I get a call. The battery is constantly charging and even when it says it's full, it will sometimes just go from full to low battery in one call. There are constant connection issues and the "smart" software is the most infuriating thing about it. They tell you in the booklet to download this software to help, but some of us can't do that from unregistered 3rd party sites on our work computer. And I try to return it in the first 30 days and Amazon can't do that because REASONS.
