Speck Products BalanceFolio iPad Pro 11-Inch Case (2018/2020), Black/Black

I got a new iPad Pro for Christmas after giving my last two to my father and daughter. I have a lot of Apple technology like laptops and iPads that are just part of my life with Apple as a designer and design teacher. The iPhone is always amazing and even though there are many other smartphones that are super cool; the iPad has always been the potential for the space between my iPhone and my laptop. The new iPad Pro for 2020 is crazy awesome and my wife got me a great one with some bells and whistles that my iPhone doesn’t have since I am still using my iPhone XSMax. The camera is amazing and the ability for using the Apple Pencil gives my stylus addition a break. When I went to the Apple store to check on a case; there was just a couple of choices outside the keyboard (which I don’t want); and they were over priced. Speck has been my favorite maker of so many different versions of my itech stuff because of the quality and consistent tight fit and simple style. This case is perfect for the $1,500 iPad Pro at this low price. And Amazon has been carrying Speck cases for years. So I already know that this case will last and protect my new iPad and do it for a really reasonable price.

This is the third version/size of this cover that I have purchased. If I need another it will definitely be the Speck BalanceFolio.

Very protective and great quality!

This case works well for the iPad Pro. It has enough room for the pencil to attach to the iPad but still feels secure. Quality is good. I’ve bought a couple over the last few years but the case gets pretty good mileage before having issues with plastic pieces (specifically the top right holder). Highly recommended.

I like this iPad cover better than any I’ve tried to date. It sits pretty secure in my lap using it in landscape mode. It is easy to hold in either mode. It is a little sluggish to go to sleep when I close it and you have to latch it or lay it flat. Doesn’t have a magnetic latch. For the price I would recommend this cover for in home use.

I was initially worried that the case I ordered (iPad pro 11’’ 2020) wouldn’t match what was described based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong! I included a picture to show this product version.

I really like the 3 positions when working in bed. It’s sturdy and sleek looking. I didn’t realize there was a slip pocket in front, very handy for me.

Bought this case for my iPad since it covers the camera, love how it has different angles to set your iPad on, and protects it very well. It’s also not to bulky so it’s great!
