The battery you are referring to is included when you purchase the body. Needless to say any additional batteries you would like to have to use in trips or where you might not have access to AC power requires additional purchase.

The specs on this listing throw me off, 2mp photos? 2160 video? Per Sony is 24mp and 4k 30 frame video?

Does it come with charger?

Yes, it came with a charger (I just looked in the box). We also bought the dummy charger separately so we could keep the camera set up and not have to swap out the battery. Lastly, this camera was listed as a refurb in the ad. It is not a refurb. It’s brand new.
