I really like this one. You only need a little bit which I put in my smoothies without changing the texture. The little bit of sweetener in it helps with taste in smoothies and I realized after some time all the extras (vitamins) I was getting. I bought it for the collagen and love the amount I get in this one compared to others mixed with biotin for instance.

I have been using this for the past 3-4 months and my hair growth has increased and I am hoping the collagen production is working. I think it's a good buy. Only negative may be the vanilla taste

Liked that I could just drink it and be done w it but it does have a little bit of an unpleasant taste even though it’s unflavored. And it’s hard to mix in cold water. I finally used a little warm water to mix then added cold water and ice and a splash of lemon juice and it was ok then. Bought to help w knee and joint pain and it may have helped but I wound up w a torn meniscus shortly after I started taking it so not sure how much it’s helping but I’m still taking it. Gonna have to have knee replacement too so may try the pills next time even if you do have to take 6

This is an amazing product, it has the right kind of vitamin c for absorption, high amounts of biotin and a good amount of collagen. It’s a 3 in 1. I’ve tried other collagen brands, both pricer and less expensive and this works the best for me, I think it’s they added the right kind added vitamin c that the body absorbs best and benefits from. My hair has regrown on the crown, my under eye circles have faded, my skin looks great, my nails are so thick now I actually have a hard time cutting them. The only gripe I add is it takes time to dissolve so I go back and forth pouring between 2 cups while mixing with a fork to break it up, it’s not that hard actually and the benefits are worth it, it is the best product I’ve tried of its kind on the market.

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE. I used this product for YEARS. The formula has changed sometime at the end of last year, the flavor now is disgusting, it's way too oversweetened, and it tears my insides up. I am physically SICK if I use this product (YouTheory Vanilla Collagen Powder) for a few days in a row. I originally bought it years ago to use as a pre-workout, for joint lubrication, and after using the "New Formula" for a few months, I actually developed really bad pains in all my joints. I don't know what happened here, but this product is absolutely terrible now. Then when I stopped taking it, my gut pains and joint pains magically disappeared too. Don't risk it.
