Works perfectly fine no issues at all. It was a great purchase. One point it has one small colors at the bottom of the screen. But it didn’t affect my work at all like it is not there

item is defective
i have used it for 3 months and the windows got crashed and dont let me install a new one as well as it is asking for bitlocker key and there is no support to reach and ask about it can some one reach out to me to support this issue ?

Amazon Refurbished computer
The refurbished computer would not charge after 94 days. It is not available for replacement. It was a waste of money.

Works fine but needed cleaning
I’ve used many laptops but I don’t think mine have ever looked this rough. It works fine but you can tell it’s been used A LOT. Marks won’t go away. For what I paid I at least expected it to be in better esthetic condition.

Keyboard died on me after 3 months
This was a great product while it works.. unfortunately .. the keyboard just died after 3 months. They really do have issue with their hardware.
