Gooseberry jelly from Poland
This gooseberry jelly is a rare and welcome flavor taking me back to my childhood. It is interesting that this came from Poland (thank you Poland and Dr Oetker!). So of course the directions are in Polish, which I was able to decipher with Google Translate. Plus the pictures helped. Essentially it is the same preparation as American hello:Boil 500 ml (equivalent to about 2 cups or a pint) of water. Stir in contents of package until dissolved. Pour into 4 serving dishes or a bowl and chill until set. I decorated with whipped cream, lemon mint leaves and raspberries. A nice dessert for a summer day.Too bad the English language sticker only gives the nutritional values but no directions. Surely this could have been added with a few sentences. So if you are curious about desserts from other countries, this is definitely one to try. I also bought the Forest Fruit flavor.

Compkete fraud
It was not clear from the ad that there ARE NO GOOSEBERRIES in this gelatin, NOR is there any ingredient that could give one a "TASTE OF GOOSEBERRIES" as the package says in Polish. In fact, the taste is quite unpleasant: artificial and too sweet and the only connection to gooseberries is the picture on the package.
