Vivian's Live Again Vegan Whipped Cream Replacement Mix-Dairy Free- Gluten Free - 2 Pack

This vegan whipped topping works IF you whip it for 5 minutes at top speed! I almost gave up on it at 4 minutes, but then it suddenly changed to a thicker consistency! I would have to say though, that it is more like marshmallow fluff than whipped cream. I bought it to go in dairy free hot chocolate. I used to love real whipped cream with hot chocolate, but now my body can not tolerate dairy , especially cream products. So, although it really doesn't taste like or have the feel of whipped cream, it is sweet and taste good in cocoa. I did not use it all right after making it, and put it in the fridge. The next day it had its melted marshmallow viscosity and still tastes really good!

I make confections & mainly vegan desserts for a living. A dry powder that transforms into vegan creamy whip would be hard to create. However, I tried it. The flavour wasn’t good. The only thing I can use it for is marshmallows (which in a marshmallow creme are v fan anyway) or a meringue pie. I bought a lot of it and am not very pleased with my purchase.

Instructions were a page long. Too complex and time consuming.

Upon opening the package, I couldn't designate which was the larger packet and smaller packet. They were exactly the same size. Acc to the directions, I should add the larger first and then the smaller. I added one at a time to prescribed amount of oil and water. I mixed on highest speed with my KitchenAid whip attachment for 15 mins+. NOTHING! Not even a bubble on the surface. And it stayed a murky brown colored liquid. Something has to be wrong with this.The company contacted me, explained the packaging error, sent me new product and even another product as an apology. The product whipped fantastically and tasted great. It is a wonderful replacement for cream.PS--the dairy-free alfredo sauce mix sent also was DELICIOUS!

My daughter found these packets in the pantry and immediately found a use for it. She made vegan ganache. It was awesome. If only it wasn't on top of a cheesecake, haha. She also put it in her coffee and enjoyed it a lot. She's asked me to keep buying this.

Wonderful for adding into protein shakes or whip cream substitute

I tried to get information on this product. No one could or would answer my wuestions. And on line it required money to get your answer. It whipped up with the consistency of glue. It became stiff and gummy at the same time. Will never buy again. Threw the second pack away.

Very thick and oily tasting. Too sweet and grainy. It gave us a stomach ach.
