Works great on my under cabinet wired lighting
The lights were installed by the previous homeowner so I had to get creative in finding a replacement. These worked great. Turned off the power to the fixture and even though the little teeth are super sharp it was hard to pierce the wire. We ended up using the handle of a wooden utensil to push it up. It was awkward to work upside down and put enough pressure to get the clip to hold. Looks awesome now.

Neat system
You will have to purchase the track and get some 12ga. low voltage wire from HD or Lowes to complete the system. Use black track since wire is only available in black. Then, instead of buying conventional incandescent festoon bulbs, get the festoon LED bulbs. No heat and lower power requirements. I am using an old 12v power supply from some long ago discarded electronic device to power 4 bulbs on a strip. I believe spacing at 8-12" intervals looks good.

Hard to insall
Once installed they wok great and are a very flexible way to add lights to your project. The problem is they are had to get connected to the wire, you pretty much need to check with a multi-meter as you install, since you can't count on the blades finding the wire every time
