Really glad I found out about this after 20 years (teen years through adulthood) of struggling with (& trying literally every product on the market) for regular and cystic acne. Only after reading an article about a girl who realized dairy is what caused her to break out with Acne I tested that theory out on myself. And avoiding dairy made a HUGE difference in clearing up my skin. Now that I know the "secret" to clear skin for myself, this is a backup and preventitive measure I take because I don't always avoid dairy. Since there are natural (and unnatural) hormones in dairy, it triggers on our bodies natural growth hormones into high gear. Some of us can't process toxins or that boost in growth hormones messing with our hormones fast enough for our skin to come out clear, so this is where this supplement comes into play. I take one daily. Then if I know I'm going to be eating cheese or ice cream I'll take 2-3. and this helps prevent (but doesn't nessisarily eliminate) acne. Since it's in it's natural form it doesn't build up in your body, it helps your body create it's own Vitamin A. You can not do this with a synthetic "vitamin A" supplement. That will build up toxic levels. I wish i knew about this year's ago! 😀

This product has great quality to value! I personally ordered this supplement because not only was I showing low in vitamin A, I tan in a tanning bed. This vitamin helps with my vitamin A levels as well as helps my skin have a great glow while indoor tanning!

No complaints except the bottle itself is now a dark dingy color. I liked the old color (the one Amazon shows in the photo).
