I have major issues with my ankle/foot and have been unable to find a shoe or othotic that works since my injury. I couldn't get the placement correct adhering them to my shoes, but using these arch inserts,, I was able to engineer my own orthotic that gets the arch placement correct. Instead of adhering the inserts to the shoe, I reversed the left and right and placed them on the underside of a memory foam insersole that I purchased and then positioned them in my shoes. Heaven!!!! The additional bonus is that I can move my rigged up inserts to different pairs of shoes if needed. The adhesive seems very good for this purpose and the arches are comfortable now that I could precisely get them positioned against the sole of my foot.

The pads aren't sticky enough to stay in place.

These inserts are so well made and flexible. They stick as placed inside shoe and give GREAT SUPPORT. The inserts are very comfortable. The variety of colors is super. Great value for the money. Perfect fit.I would recommend making this purchase. I intend to make another purchase.I have told several people who have foot problems to make a purchase.

They don't stay in place

Very beneficial to use in flats that I wear to work everyday to help be more supportive. Great buy!

I have very high arches and bunions and had to stop wearing high heels decades ago. I’m breaking in a pair of low heeled slides with zero arch support.Cons:- A single gel pad wasn’t enough; it was too flat.- The gel irritated my foot.Solution: I stacked two gels per shoe. Clear gel on bottom, beige felt-covered gel on top. Placing one squarely on top of the other was too extreme— like a big bump. But placing one slightly forward offered full support. It “filled” my arches at a natural slope.I’ll keep “breaking in” these shoes by wearing them around the house. Will monitor the arch support and adjust if necessary.Pros:+ Discreet, not noticeable from the side of this see-through mesh shoe. (See photo of shoe from the side angle.)+ AdjustableI think this is perfect for my needs. I will update this review if anything changes.

Feel so much better in my shoes. I’m able to put them exactly where I need them.Even better that I did not spend a lot of money on guessing which insert was the right choice for me.

Useless product. Does not stick well and comes off in one use.
