Used for dashcam and worked great

Great brand, good size for the price. 128 was about 16 at time of purchase, but getting the 512 was like 70 dollars. Massive price increase. Easy install, immediately recognized on the switch. Only issue is it's slow af. Downloading CTR nitro kart for the switch installed nicely. But the load times are hot garbage. It might be the game, but you'll be sitting in the loading screen for about a minute or more depending on the area. And thats even between races, open world and starting the game. It's not that big of a deal, the loading time would be infinite since I didn't have enough space to even download the game, so I can deal with it as it's enough space to actually download games that are massive. CTR being 10+ GB's, and then god forbid you want to enjoy some coop with borderlands collection, or solo Bioshock collection, which are 40+ GB's each, this is a must. Especially with the hot garbage and no excuse small storage of only 26GB onboard storage for the switch. For other applications, such as a phone, this would be perfect as read and write speeds are needed nearly as much. This is probably made for more phone oriented instead of gaming. But regardless, the space is worth the price and highly recommended.

Great value for your money. I installed this card on my phone for extra storage and it works great. It's easy to use and has format capabilities. I recommend this card to anyone who is interested in getting extra storage on their compatible devices.

I tell you what, I remember a time when a 128GB micro SD card used to cost 100 smackaroos! These EVO cards are Samsung's economical line, and can be bought for only 20 smackaroo's. With average read times around 90MBPS, and write times around 50MBPS, these are most certainly great for 1080P HD. And because of their high performance, they are obviously great for taking pictures as well.However, these cards are not really rated for 4K. If you need a card for 4K, you need one that has closer to 150MBPS read and 90-100MPBS write. This is because 4K is very demanding on hardware. And now that people are starting to talk about 8K, the hardware demands go up even higher still.I bought these EVO cards because I am using them in security camera's, and didn't feel the need to spend a lot of money for that purpose. I have watched the recorded playback of full 1080P footage, and the playback is pretty smooth, so these cards definitely compliment the camera's well. 128GB capacity seems to hold 12-days of footage before the camera records over old footage.So far, these cards are working out great. I give them 5 out of 5 stars!
