Great for my collage student
I bought this for my nephew for college and he is loving it! He needed a new one and this thing is a beast! He's always on it and able to get his online tests and school work done easily and quickly. I loved my HP Envy printer as well and highly recommend both together!

Fabulous fast, lightweight icore7 laptop
LOVE this hp envy icore 7 laptop bc it converts to a tablet and is more substantial than a surface so keyboard easier to type on. It's lightweight and thin but not flimsy. Really love it!

Laptop hinge coming apart 7 months
A nice laptop but... Bought in July 2020 and from ordinay use and care the hinge is coming apart now in March 2021. Will update with how product support goes.

Fast and dependable
This HP Envy 13 laptop is used mostly for email, web searching and Zoom sessions. It’s been very reliable, fast and a pleasure to use. It’s also lightweight, which I love.

Fully broken (physically and hard drive) after one year
I had this product for just over a year before the hard drive failed and the screen/screws started physically falling apart. Repairs have cost over half the price of the computer

Hinge Falling Apart
Worked great for about 8 months now, but suddenly the screen hinge is falling apart thus preventing a complete closure of the device. Extremely disappointed.
