Great product,followed instructions and black spot gone.

Works quickly. Good results. Does not remove all black spots. However a vast improvement with minimal effort.

This removed all the black spots from my patio slabs and made them look very clean. Just spray on and leave to dry. Quite expensive though.

After a 4 years our Indian Sandstone paving developed stubborn black spots. I bought this and tested on a small area (having jet washed the patio the day before) to find that it completely removed all remaining stains and black spot within about 60minutes. I continued to use it on the whole patio and it worked a treat.This product needs to be rinsed and is toxic to plants / grass, so required some care when washing down but managed. Overall a great product.

Does work but had to spray twice for 10 year old stubborn spots. Clears 80%. Has a very strong smell of bleach/ chlorine/ Hcl!Smell lasts days! Must have respirator protective mask.

I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to do one today. I had pressure washed my patio a month ago and discovered awful black spots. Nothing would shift it and I considered getting a new patio laid as minde was ruining my garden. After reading the reviews I thought I'd try this. I used a pump sprayer this morning at 11am and tonight my patio and path look almost new. It was easy to apply and works incredibly well. Will get another bottle for my drive. I can't recommend enough

Left on slabs for 24 hrs to soak in.It remove some of the black spots but not all, but saying that the slabs did look a lot cleaner.So basically the product did a pretty good job but I dont think any product is going to remove all the black spots.

Amazing product. Like others have said, it whiffs a lot, but it does what it says it will. Used it just on our back patio, that due to all the rain and it being north facing, it had lots of black spot. It did take almost the whole jug, and a couple of areas were done a second time. Excellent results though, worth the money and I'll definitely be buying again, should the need arise.
