Small Ears - These fit the bill!
It’s only been one night, but let me say these earplugs are awesome. I have a sleep disorder and it’s very hard for me to sleep at night, especially when there’s noise. And my husband snores loudly. I’ve been using evidently earplugs that are too big for my ears, they always came out during the night. These air plugs stayed in and knocked out. I would say 90% of the noise. It didn’t feel like he was right beside of me. I actually slept later than I normally sleep because I guess I was in such a good sleep from not having noise. I highly recommend, especially if you have small ears.

Great size
Definitely a lot more comfortable than regular sized ear plugs. Studying for the MCAT I have to wear them for hours at a time since I can’t focus with background noise. Regular sized plugs would start to give me a migraine, but these function just as well with way less pressure.

Good for petite folks!
This is the fourth brand of earplugs I've tried, and the best fit/most comfortable so far. I'm a fairly petite (just over 5' tall) woman, and guess I have smaller-than-average ear canals. The other/bigger earplugs I've tried (Hearoes regular and pink, plus Mack's pink) were slightly more effective in reducing noise levels, but not very comfortable for me, which made it harder to get to sleep. These are kind of long, and I usually sleep on my side, which made it uncomfortable for the ear that was against the pillow. First I tried trimming the end off, but then but it occurred to me that I really didn't need a plug in the pillow-side ear anyway, so now I just use one plug in the "top" ear (which serendipitously is more cost-effective, too).I give these 4 stars instead of 5 only because they don't block out quite as much noise as the other types do, but they are really adequate for my situation (e.g. light snoring, coffee-making, demanding cat sounds), and definitely block out enough noise to allow me to fall/stay asleep much more easily.Mack's also last longer than the Hearoes (regular and pink), which won't compress long enough to get them into your ears after several uses--I think as long as the user's ears are clean, the Mack's can be re-used for a couple weeks (throw them out when they start to get icky, of course!).Last--and this has nothing to do with their performance-- I appreciate that they are purple, just because I have a peeve about the "gendrification" of colors (blue for boys, pink for girls, and all that nonsense). Sleep well! :o)

These actually fit my ears!
Wow, I thought I was doomed for all foam earplugs to make my ears hurt when I woke up in the morning. Nope! These block out sound just the same - but without pain! For reference of my ear size: airpods (the normal, OG ones, not the pros) fit my ears, but with activity like running, they do fall out more often than they should.

Comfortable fit and don't hurt my ears
Had to use these for an exam and had them in for 3+ hours. They don't hurt like the 3M ones do to my small ears. They take a bit longer to inflate than the regular ones (since they are extra soft) but not really an issue. Does a decent job of blocking off noise. Would recommend!

What a difference the right size makes!
I use earplugs pretty regularly - or attempt to - since I'm a pretty light sleeper. It's always been a struggle, because I have very tiny ear canals (barely fit a Q-tip) and have never even been able to use ear pods or anything like that. Regular ear plugs are difficult to put in and usually fall right out, and provide only partial noise reduction because they are not closing off the ear canal, but are only outside the entrance to the ear canal - if I can even get them to stay there. Anyway - ordered the Slim Fit size from Mack's because I've purchased their child-size pressure-reducing ear plugs in the past and they worked well for me. WHAT A GAME CHANGER!!! I can put them in. They stay in all night. And the noise reduction is phenomenal! I've had some of the best sleep of my life. If my struggles with ear plugs sound familiar to you, you really need to try these! I see from the reviews that they don't work for everybody, but if they work for you they REALLY work. I started with a 10-pack and am about to order the jumbo economy size so I can wear them every night!

Best earplugs ever!
I've tried them all - every type of foam and moldable earplugs, and these are by far my favorite. I have small ear canals, and the bigger ones that widen at the base hurt my ears and even rub them raw. The moldable types aren't noise-cancelling enough and fall out. These ones are perfect and have made a huge difference in comfort and noise cancellation!

Sore Ears!
Thank goodness I got a small box of these ear plugs. Very disappointed. They make my ears very sore and they do not cancel out any noise!
