Good product!
Purchased this walker for my mothers pre and post op knee surgery. It was easy to put together, it's sturdy and gives my mom the support and ability to move throughout the house with ease. It took her some time getting used to the arm rests, but now they are one of her favorite features. The basket beneath the seat is a plus and the size works wonderfuly in our home.

Not as heavy as it looks
I ordered an upright because I got tired of looking at the floor when I was walking. I assembled it myself and it was a pretty simple job. I didn't have to adjust the wheel braking at all. The hand brakes, that is the handles, are a little tight and I will probably experiment with untightening the bolts through the handles. The product appears to be brand new, untouched, but there is a sticker on the box that says it is a returned item. Also, there was a printed note in the box that said something like "Thank you for giving me another life". I was not aware that I was to receive an opened box return. I thought I was getting a brand new never opened item. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why it was returned. This really is a brand new item.I live in a very large, 1400 resident, independent living apartment complex. Tonight I used the upright instead of my regular rollator to walk down to the mail room ( 1/4 mile, each way, all indoors). My only complaint is that after about 5 minutes I started to feel pressure on the muscles above my shoulder blades. I'm guessing that it's just the new use of those muscles and that the distress will go away as the muscles strengthen. Walking was easier, I was able to have a normal stride and my quadriceps in my thighs did not get as tired as when I was bent over using the normal rollator. I am also concerned about stability if, somehow, I should lose my balance and tip sideways. The unit is pretty tall, all the settings except for the wheel support heights are at maximum length. That raises the center of gravity. Those little projections on the rear wheels to aid the lifting of the front to go over bumps is a good idea. I found it useful a couple of times. But mostly, one has to be aware of where one is going and not plunge headlong into a big bump. After several more days of use, I am pleased to say that the discomfort in my shoulder blades did subside, and surprisingly, when standing at rest without the walker, I'm finding it easier to pull my body into an erect position. Unfortunately, it's only temporary; I still need the rollator to walk. Oh, I have an observation for the person who said the brake handles don't lock. As I said above, I found them very tight, but they do move. You have to push them away from you, towards the front, using the heel of your hand. I tried loosening the screws, but they are extremely tight and I don't want to strip the screwdriver slots. I'm going to try a small spray of WD40 oil. That's a very minor flaw. The unit is really worthy of the 5 stars I am now giving it.

Good walker, after I finally got it
The first walker that came was not usable. The box was all damaged, full of holes, and taped all up. I suspect it was a return from someone else, and it was missing one of the handles and some other parts. I contacted the seller, who finally sent me a new one. It took sending photos and too many emails, imo, to make that happen, but they did finally make good on it. But, in the end, I had to wait more than 3 weeks to get it done. Took some strength to get it assembled. The height of it, although adjustable, is still a little too tall for my mother in its lowest setting. She is 5' tall, but walks bent over, despite the "upright" walker. I had to modify it some to accommodate, but she can use it.

Great for elderly
I think this is going to be perfect for my mother who has osteoporosis and a couple bad disks. Makes her feel stable while helping her stand up straighter. She says it doesn’t hurt her back like the other one. ❤️. So glad I tried it !

Improvement over old style walkers.
Just arrived, very timely. Easy assembly, no tools required. All main parts lock into place with spring lock buttons. Sturdy enough for my large frame 375lbs 5' 11". The cons are it could be wider for sizeable people. Disappointing, that it is a struggle to squeeze between the high bars to sit down on the seat. I do like the carry pouch underneath. Another issue is the brake lock. Minimal. Only the two rear wheels lock out, the light alloy frame of the device does not help you trust that it will not slip out from under while you struggle to squeeze in and sit down, or get up for that matter. Perhaps that will improve with practice and more confidence. Overall it's a definite improvement over standard walkers. Especially if you're not over sized. For transport you would be best served with something roomy like an SuV or minivan.. This unit folds up but still bulky unless you dont mind taking time (a few minutes to unscrew the knobs that lock the rests into place) to remove the high elbow rests. Easy enough to do but alittle inconvenient.. I feel like I'm walking more normally, much farther, faster and less exhausting, exercising leg muscles that were weakened by too much use of a wheelchair, encouraged by how exhausting and stressful old style walkers are, that still put too much stress on the hips. I was on the fence about keeping it or sending it back. For what I paid I think I'll keep it. The exercise benefits of more comfort in walking upright, taking up most of the weight on the elbows instead of the hips shoulders alone make it worth keeping. I've already done more "walking" with it in my house for testing than I've done in years with my old walkers, they only made me default to a wheelchair at home and made me lazy...Good luck.
