Damaged & obviously not new
This product was advertised as "NEW" but arrived in a box that was not only damaged, but had a note on it that said "Send back to Amazon". It's a Christmas present, so I'll find out later tonight whether all the pieces are there. This was ridiculously expensive even before the rush shipping, and I am so disappointed to receive damaged goods.
