This was an interesting grill item. I was making many burgers and kind of wish they had a four banger or more; like a whole press or something but; individually it does kinda sear the burger and lock in some flavor that usually cooks out. So pretty awesome. Just nervous about the metal handle and wish it was wood or something but it didn't burn me so it must be okay. Keep grilling. Thanks

Bought for my son to use on his Blackstone griddle. He said sorry to disappoint you mom but it doesn't work great, uneven pressure. He'd rather use his two long spatulas crisscrossing them. He said that was easier. It looks nice and is made well, but function is not great!

This product did exactly what it was supposed to do and that is to make some delicious smash burgers on your Blackstone griddle. I used to smash on top of the parchment paper and that worked out good and kept the burger press clean. Great product for making some delicious at home smash burgers.

Yes you could use a spatula but this is a little more ergonomic and therefore worth it
