It was totally messed up when I opened the bottles and both were leaking

Rich, thick and delicious!

My mother and brother always use this to make Chinese pepper steak. I believe it's coming directly from China and it is worth the money and the shipping time to get it. My grandson would make Chinese food with it he loved it also

When i got the package there was a leaking soy sauce all over the box. I checked for broken bottles and both bottles were intact and the plastic tamper proof rings were also intact. I washed off the bottles removed one seal and opened the bottle. Usually there is a pop when you open the bottle. There was none, meaning the bottles were not properly sealed or had popped during shipment. Needless to say the got thrown out in the trash.

My mom used this to give fried rice the nice brown color for decades. Yes you can use soy sauce but it adds salt. My local Chinese grocery did not have or more likely I couldn’t find it, Amazon for the save.

one bottle leaked had to be thrown away

For some reason when I got the box I could already see some wear and tear I thought from the weather till opening the box I realized a glass bottle had actually broken in the process of shipping + it was coming out from the cap area . Although one broke and needed to br thrown away the other bottle seemed okay and flavor was still what was needed so it was great if only both bottles were able to be kept review would be higher no complaints on the flavor just the packaging wasn't the best .
