GoyaPandebono Cassava Bread Mix

I love pan de bono and how easy it is to make. I am dairy free and gluten free and my favorite way to eat dairy free cheese is in pan de bono. If you are gluten free and dairy free (or vegan too!), you should definitely try this out with vegan cheese. Otherwise if it’s regular cheese its also great!

The only thing I’ve had to do aside from the instructions on the box is add 2 eggs and I double the amount of liquid. Sometimes I use milk instead of water. Just with the instructions alone from the box, I believe is highly impossible to achieve the bread that you expect.

If you like this kind of bread this product is perfect. Easy to make great taste

I first found the Goya brand at HEB Grocery Store in Texas, then they quit carrying it. I now get it online and it's worth the price. It's lower in carbs than wheat flour and doesn't cause blood sugar issues with my diabetic partner. I've tried making it from scratch but this is much better.

Este producto llegó en mal estado; compre 4 cajas de las cuales dos estaban abiertas y la harina se derramó y a eso súmele que el paquete llegó abierto también. Fue un desastre total.
