As everyone knows, this is "good on anything!" Unfortunately, although the jar arrived unbroken, the oil leaked out all over inside the shipping box. Imagine, I had pillow covers in there. Had to return them as they absorbed the savory oil's pungent aroma, even though they were sealed.

Perfect size if u eat this every night !

I traveled to China in last 12 years and this is the chili sauce that I enjoyed there on a regular basis. Very flavorful and spicy

This is wonderful - a bit spicy but not overwhelming. So far I've had it on scrambled eggs, ramen noodles, with pot stickers and egg rolls, over sliced cucumber and onion, on grilled steak - and that is just in a week. Love this stuff.

Love this brand. It brings the authenticity to my Asian cooking.

I finally was able to find this at $3.99. This price is highway rrovers. Very disappointed when I found it. $13.99 is ridiculous. It is delicious but not at this price. They would not let me send it back even though it says on the page that you can for a refund. Lies!

A friend bent my ear for over a half hour on how I must try the chili flakes. She has applied it to most everything she has served for the last month and gave it rave reviews.So I paid the long price and ordered it on Amazon.Yup, I'm now an advocate. The Lau Gan Ma chili flakes add at least 4 additional dimensions of flavor to whatever dish you prepare. It has heat, it is sorta sweet, it has a burst of chili flavor and it has a crunchy texture. Now, I seperate a little of whatever I'm cooking and add a little of the sauce. It has almost always improoved the recipe. Getting the right mix is my current challenge.

Our daughter turned us on to these. They are awesome as a garnish, a protein rub, or condiment.
