I can't answer as to how long its refrigerated shelf life is once opened. What I would recommend is you purchase from your supermarket 2 once plastic mini cups with lids. Fill the cups with the sauce seal with the lid place in quart or gallon zip lock freezer bags and place in your freezer. I have found this to be the best way to extend its shelf life.
