No taste, no grit and does what it’s supposed to
My daughter has recommended this brand of soluble fiber when I was having some digestive problems after gastric bypass surgery. For some reason, I always hesitate to use it, but when I do, I do feel better! Another brand I had used became gloppy after time and had an unpleasant flavor, and somewhat of a grit. This brand has no flavor dissolves quickly and easily and no grit or glow up. You don’t have to drink a whole lot to take it so it’s fast and easy with no cleanup. It’s the best that I have tried of a number of brands.

My gastroenterologist recommended this product I have had problems with diarrhea I thought Benefiber was for constipation It actually absorbed the water/liquid I mix 2 tablespoons in my coffee each morning It is tasteless It mixes well Not thick It has helped and I will be using this for a long time

This is easy to take and doesnt contain yellow and red dyes.

Not find this brand anywhere but Amazon. It is tasteless and dissolves immediately. I definitely am going to buy some more and wish I could be sold in other places too.
