Ive already used this for perfect burgers, stir frys and also planning to make potato scones and griddle scones soon.

Very important to clean after every use and oil the plate to prevent rust
The media could not be loaded. Easy to use first time and easy to clean, sturdy metal and cleans better if still hot with hot water and paper towels, scrap down with kitchen brush

Tripped electrics, hard to clean
Product is flawed. Takes along time to heat up. Then kept tripping electrics. Used twice and found it really hard to clean. Edges are real sharp. Am going through amazon customer service to see if I can return and get refund. Not for use at homeMaybe better for commercial use

Amazing piece of equipment very well made heats up fast ideal for a large family cooking anything in large quantities is a breeze make sure you season the flat plate and nuthing sticks to it Best Buy for a while

Very poor quality
The griddle is sooo fast to cook and quite difficult to control the heat. Burns very quickly if you don’t watch it closely. Disappointed in the build quality. Extremely sharp metal edges on the corners etc so much so it’s cut skin when cleaning down. The major problem we found was the drip tray has a lip all around it. It sticks out so when you clean the side of the griddle you catch the edge and is very dangerous when full of hot fat.... twice it ended up in the floor. I had to have an engineer to remove the lip so my staff don’t sue me for injury. I bought this as an emergency replacement as our existing griddle broke unexpectedly but the quality is nothing like the old one - wouldn’t recommend it at all!

Too sharp
The equipment seems strong, the only problem is the edges are very sharp, I have asked for a return and am still waiting to get it collected...
