I use them to travel with hot or cold food.

5 hour plane ride and still frozen

Put in suitcase with all cold food. 7 hours later......still cold!Highly recommend

Extremely handy for when you're on the go and need to make sure whatever you buy maintains its temperature. Whether it's getting ice cream and still having a few stops to make on a hot day, this keeps it cold and you don't have to worry about it melting at all, even if you take a little extra time somewhere. Hot food stays hot, too. The larger size helps to hold a wider range of items, like a couple boxes of popsicles or a pizza. The one issue I'm worried about is that it seems a little thin, so I do worry about accidentally tearing it when putting a box with an edge in or something like that.

Just what I was looking for to keep my lunch from going cold during the winter!

Unfortunately this did not keep anything warm

I used it to take some frozen food to Europe for my son and it was still cold when I arrived.
