I'm not one for trying something like this, but my gout flare was slowly getting better. After 1 cup, it felt so much better! The taste has a lot to be desired, but I've tasted worse. I'm looking forward to seeing what other health benefits comes from drinking this tea.

For those of you who know what EGFR stands for you’ll understand why I drink this tea. It contains some elements that help with kidney function. While this is not a cure all, it does contain some elements that have been clinically proven to help with kidney functions. My suggestion would be for you to research what would help with improving your kidney function. Both the Mayo clinic and the Cleveland clinic have have published articles about diets for improving kidney function.

Taste has to be aquired,but after 2 days of having 3 tea bags...I noticed the burning 🔥 in the bottom of myleft foot pain was almost gone! This morning I can barely feel any pain so I must state it has to be the tea!!!!!

I drink this tea for my joint pain and it tastes great! Tart cherry juice is very expensive, so this tea is a great way to get the benefits without breaking the bank.
