Very good product easy to set up, replace old Samsung tv, very well packaged, good picture & sound, this is my 3rd Samsung tv & are always reliable

Bought 3 TV’s all Samsung. Great price, easy to set up for a techno challenged person. Had them mounted on wall brackets. Look great, quality picture and sound.

This product replaced a Samsung LT32E390 device. The reasons for this were because (a) the E390 does not support ITVx (it is not possible to upgrade the previous app called ITVHub). And (b), the E390 had developed a fault with the backlight, and I look forward to opening up the E390 now that my new TV has arrived, so that I can investigate and repair the fault. (The old screen has two 'halo rings' where the backlight is much brighter than the rest of the screen, leading to annoying distortion of the picture).So, on to my new TV: I already knew that the screen resolution of this model is LOWER than my previous display. The picture on the new TV was brilliant. No perceived reduction in picture quality.However, I was disappointed that this new model has no Bluetooth capability for headphones/earbuds, which the old model had. Bluetooth is mentioned in the E-Manual on the TV screen, and also on the generic instruction manual available at Samsung's website. But the options are not in the actual TV 'settings' menus.I am having trouble connecting a hard drive. This model does not seem to recognise devices that were perfectly recognised by my previous Samsung model. This means that I cannot get timeshift working either (where you can pause 'live' TV). I continue to work on this... the manuals are written so generically that it is difficult to work out whether this feature is even possible on this device.

Bought as a portable, it follows us round the house to the gym, the kitchen, conservatory and laundry room to make ironing and exercising a less boring job.It is very light, and with netflix and more runs without antenna where ever wireless wi-fi connection available.Slim and almost weightless, it can live even on a bookshelf.At first, the screen size appeared minute in comparison to our "grown-up" tvs, however, it's perfect in smaller rooms or where people are close to screen.And it is value for money.We love it.

Reliable, good size, easy to use

I've not owned atv for over 12 years. So this smart TV was a challenge but I managed to screw on legs and used"smart things" to connect it to Samsung phone. I'm enjoying using it but, as other reviewers have mentioned, the sound is not great. I've put it up to 100% and it's still not that loud. I think you would struggle to hear it in a noisy household. I am pleased with purchase

Replaced like for like Tv but disappointed with new technology, the sound is poor and so far haven’t managed to get sound bar set up, stand not very good either. Picture is good though and if we ever ditch Virgin Media will still have multiple channels to watch.

Easy to install and setup. Connection to Internet was very easy, the TV startup menu guides you through all the steps.You can easily connect to the Apps through your mobile or tablet.Image and sound quality are very good for a small 32'' Samsun TV.Remote is very easy to use and the only little thing is that the TV takes a little bit to respond to your commands, like for example changing between Apps. But this to me is not an issue.Great quality for the value!Great features for a small TV.
