This is a fish oil product, to be taken orally, only 1 teaspoonful a day. Very pleasant to taste, unlike many fish oil health supplements.

I was bothered by both flavour and texture the first week or so, but now I hardly notice either and can take it first thing in the morning. Any smell and taste is masked by lemon, a bit potent but not unpleasant - just give it a few days to get used to.Remember to wipe the bottle with paper towel every time you've used it to avoid it becoming greasy and slippery (or wash with a bit of liquid dishwash if it becomes greasy and rinse in cold water). Also remember that it must be stored in the fridge.It's an easy way to ensure omega 3 and vitamin D. I use a 5ml measuring spoon from YMP and it's super easy to get the measure right every time.

It is the best fish oil , tastes-good with citrus smell, good health benefits, liquid which means iit is esy to take.

I have no complaints about this brand of oil smooth quite pleasant tasted thumbs up time will tell if it helps

Extremely carefully packed for transport and delivery. Instructions are clear and easy to understand - but there is a lot of information on the bottle and I needed both glasses and a magnifier to read them! Great product - tastes as delicious as you can make a fish oil which helps a lot! Would happily buy again.

Fantastic clean product with a refreshing lemony zing added. Thought the oil itself would be super smelly but it was just the dried fish oil in the cap seal which I washed off. I cleaned this and extract it with a syringe and put it into capsules to swallow. Just because it's easier and does have a taste of fish but mild, especially for the concentration. You just know its purified to the highest standards. It's brilliant.

Not even hint of fish. As it gets older, ie bottle has been opened for a couple of months, then it does develop a very mild fishy odor and taste, which is not unexpected as the oils oxidise. Bit expensive but a fine product.
