Q: Can the small single diamond crystals be used as a decoration on eyeglass lenses?

They don’t stick on very well for long, maybe if you used Gorilla Glue or something stronger.

Q: can I use them on my face?

I use them strictly for arts and crafts. I would think you could use them on your face with the appropriate face glue even though they are self stick the extra glue would make sure they stayed on your face better.
