This phone was not up my expectations it doesn't have google playstore or even a Google space-bar it's not worth the money

Huawei y5p phone.
When delivered, phone was set up in Kuwaiti language and was extremely difficult to set up in English. Consequently I am unable to download apps to the phone. I'm getting messages saying apps are not available in my country.
