This is a simple, high quality device that just works. I use it to connect a Canon mirrorless camera to the iMac, to use as a green screen camera for down the line interviews. Great value; no problems

I used this capture card to stream my Nintendo Switch and PS4 gameplay to my PC, which it has been able to do flawlessly. For the price of this capture card I could not ask for anymore performance as 1080p 60fps is more than satisfactory for streaming console games.

get a better one if you plan to use it long term

I needed to digitise one of my early childhood VHS tapes, I only had one tape.After getting scart to hdmi , I then needed an inexpensive HDMI to USB, enter this little neat device.Installation was a breeze - pure plug and play - windows will detect it as a webcam and from there you can capture your audio and video using the freeware or your own capturing software (Powerdirector for e.g)Following the leaflet provided to install some simple freeware I was able to convert my coveted VHS into MKV and immortalise those memories which are now priceless for generations to come.At this price the device is worth every penny and I am a happy chappy !

After struggling with webcams that are either too wide angle or work poorly in low light, this transformed my mirrorless camera into a webcam that blows the conventional units away. A real lockdown lifesaver.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this instead of an Elgato Cam Link, thinking I could save some money. I should have just invested in the Elgato instead. The colour accurace of this capture card is good, but that's where the positives end really. It's advertised as being 60fps, but it's more like 30, and the input lag makes it useless for capturing gameplay. You could potentially use it to capture a DSLR, but again, the input lag causes a slight desync between video and audio.Save your money and invest in a name brand HDMI capture card instead.I don't think the Amazon video player is 60fps, but I've attached a video showing the quality of the capture card.

You don't expect a cheap device like this to perform... but this does. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily the image came up with my Sony A6000... super webcam ability! Used it a lot for Zoom during the pandemic. Works simply and perfectly each time.
