Does this item include the rings to attach the nipples to the bottle?

Where do i get replacement lids? not the closed caps but the lids u push the nipples thru

They are very expensive to replace and only have found them on the Lifefactory site. However, we have had these bottles for a few years now, and the lids do crack and break over time. We have found that any universal bottle bought at a store will work. I just bought a few cheap bottles at Walmart or Target and the lids worked fine with the Lifefactory bottles. Some are a better fit than others and the nipples dont always fit exactly, but do work just fine.

Will these work with dr. Browns bottles or same size standard/generic bottles?

I found them to be interchangable with Dr.Browns bottles

Is it possible to order replacement caps and threaded rings? Ours are missing and there doesn't appear to be any on the company website.

I don’t know. I ordered these for my grandson. They used glass bottles that they had with these nipples.
