I have been on the fence about getting one of these for a while, and finally sprang for one. At this price, it is a definite must get! The material is very good, and it comes with an extra pastry cutter.

I finally got to use this I was making keto cheese crackers, and it was so much easier to make them. Can't wait to make pasta and hope to make some ravioli too so I can see myself using this device over and over again. Definitely would recommend anyone to buy these!!

Perhaps it was in travel everything came loose but I had to put some nuts back on reassembling it. And it is a bit hard to use but practice helped.

Outside wheels wobble because they are too loose and makes it harder to cut straight. This also causes a wider piece of pasta. But is it far better and faster than a sharp knife.

I really wanted to love this bicicleta pasta cutter; however, it was a big disappointment for me. It does not cut thin pasta dough thoroughly, even with maximum pressure. I've had to go over the lines made by the bicicleta with the very flimsy hand-held ravioli wheel that was included in order to cut my spinach pasta. Additionally, the hand-held ravioli wheel has a couple of chips on the smooth blade, which would get caught and snag against my pasta board while cutting. I managed to cut 1 1/4" × 1 1/4" squares of spinach pasta with these tools to make garganelli; however, I feel that due to the bicicleta's ineffectiveness, it doubled my effort in completing the task. I ended up discarding the things and ordered the Ateco 5-wheel adjustable dough divider, which arrived today. The Ateco is much sturdier, better built, more solid and much heavier -- the wheels do not wobble! I recommend that you invest about $10 more and buy a tool that actually works and will last longer.
