It product was fresh and worth every penny.

Good taste, but don't deep fry.
Was good, but avoid deep frying. The masala is a dry type and comes out when deep frying, leaving behind a burnt out Bombay Duck. Use in curries or chilly-fry recipes, where the masala retains its flavor. Was quite pleased to see this on Amazon, as during lockdown it was very difficult to get fish.
