The best yeast I've ever used.
I started out with a few packages, just enough to try it out. Well it's truly wonderful. Really good results.

Too expensive on Amazon.
Good Italian yeast made from brewers yeast with some dehydrated sourdough mixed in. Good for pizza dough. Use your cell phone's translator to read the instructions if you can't read Italian. Only complaint is too expansive on Amazon. My market has it cheaper but they run out too often, so wanted right away for recipe. Next time I'll let go and just use regular yeast.

Received defective yeast
All 3 packets of yeast were expired, The date on each package says 10.24.24 but none of the packets produced any fermentation at all. I even checked the temp of the water to make sure it was an ideal 110 degrees. So disappointing. And I can’t even get a refund. ☹️
