Great!
I used this for my Quackhouse and there is no animal more messy and wet than a duck! this keeps the house dry and stops duck related smells! and that's saying something!I used the deep bedding method and this makes it so easy as I just grab and full and put a layer over the house every morning! it chopped nicely which makes it easy to use and nothing in there is sharp which makes it perfect for ducks as they have delicate feet.It lasts about 4 weeks for me i tend to bough them in 2s so i dont have to worry about ordering another in a hurry. Great product, but does produce dust so make sure you don't fluff it about too much! tho I have never had a problem with the dust and my ducks. it is really easy to remove from the duck house when i need too. It is also compostable and breaks down so fast and produces some wonderful compost.I buy this every few weeks and never have any problems, fast delivery.

good stuff
this is some good stuff however be careful when grabbing it etc. i've had far too many accidents getting splinters under my nails scooping this out of the bag or some straw flying into my eye! ouch, the products itself is fine, i use it for my chickens and its holding up well.

Nice product with a very subtle pleasant scent
Bought for my chicken coop and run to try instead of wood chips. It is good value for money and a nice product, has a very subtle lemony scent. It is quite fine so not as effective as wood chippings which I had used previously to soak up damp and moisture from rain, I need to use more of it so probably economically about the same but the coop does smell fresher with these in. I find it is also a better choice for nesting boxes and probably more comfortable for the chicks.

Good value for money
Brought this for my rabbits but found it works better than usual wood shavings as this includes fine bits of bark making it more absorbent ,plus with a 20kg bag for only £20 can't complain about value for money either

BIG bale, great stuff
Good value, very big bale (so you'll need somewhere close to store it) & it lasts ages used as bedding for my hens. Has made cleaning them out really easy & keep things fresh & fly free

Excellent for chickens.
Excellent bedding for my four little chooks. Easily lasts for 8-10 months.

Good amount. Manageable short lengths, smells clean, insulates chicken coop well.
I use this for chickens, in their coop. Smells clean and is in short lengths so they can get tangled in it. They don't eat it. Keeps them warm in winter. I use it with anti mite dust sprinkled in it, to reduce the risk of mites living in it. Good amount as the bale is compressed. Rots down when used stuff is put on compost heap. It's good stuff.
